Shipments
When do boxes ship?
Boxes typically ship between the 1st–7th of each month. You’ll receive a tracking email once it’s on the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping times and rates vary based on your country.
How long does delivery take?
US orders usually arrive within 5–10 business days. International orders may take 2–4 weeks depending on customs.
Can I track my box?
Absolutely! As soon as your box ships, we’ll email you a tracking number.
What if my box is delayed?
Occasionally, shipping carriers experience delays. If your box is 10+ business days late, contact us and we’ll investigate.
Returns
Can I return a subscription box?
No, due to the surprise nature of our boxes, all sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or missing.
What if an item arrives damaged?
If something is damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement if available.
Can I exchange items I don’t like?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges, as every box is curated and pre-packed with surprise items.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued in rare cases (e.g., duplicate charges or shipping errors). Subscription charges are non-refundable once billed.
How do I report a missing item?
Reach out to our support team with your order number and a photo of the contents. We’ll help resolve it!
